I work from a photograph. After ordering, please send me 1 or more digital photographs of your pet. They must be as high res. and as clear as possible, so that I can capture the detail.
Leadtime is 2 weeks from receipt of order.
Artwork is sent out via 1st class 'signed for' delivery (UK) and will arrive within 2 working days.
If you live in the Worthing / Littlehampton area in the UK, then artwork can be hand delivered. There will be no charge for delivery within a 10 mile radius. Please message me with your order rather than ordering via the website.
Overseas deliveries are sent out via courier and will arrive within 7 to 10 working days.

I accept payment via Paypal, all major credit and debit cards and Etsy gift cards.
Shipping from United Kingdom
Please check the item dispatch time before ordering to make sure you will receive it in time. All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail and will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Overseas orders are sent out Royal Mail standard international delivery and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days to Europe, 5 to 10 business days elsewhere. Confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
