Overseas orders are sent out Royal Mail standard international delivery and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days to Europe, 5 to 10 business days elsewhere. Unbelievable product!!! When I ordered this for my new niece Lillian Jean I forgot to look at the measurements. When the product arrived, let's just say I was shocked how small it was. I reached out immediately to the seller, and she was nothing but amazing!!! She offered to refund my order, and send me an email with the design so I could enlarge it if I wanted. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Thank you again for being so kind and understanding, and again it was a 100% my fault for not reading the measurements. My sister absolutely loved the name plague and just like me thought your artwork was flawless and beautiful!!! I highly recommend ordering from JustineKimmer, her work is one of a kind.
